Résumé: This study aims to diagnose the scope of the Algerian economic enterprises adoption of the integrated management system as a method that guarantees complete and integrated management of the aspects of quality, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, serves the contents of development sustainability.Relying on the descriptive and analytical method, for its compatibility with such studies. This study was directed towards analyzing the reality of adopting the integrated management system and the extent to which it supports the dimensions of sustainable development in "Sonatrach". It was found that by obtaining the ISO 9001 certificate, Sonatrach served the economic dimension of sustainable development, and established the environmental dimension and the social dimension in its behavior through by its application of the HSE system. Moreover, it became clear that its adoption of the formula of integrated management has helped it to integrate the dimensions of sustainable development.
