انعكاسات الثقافة المجتمعية على الهوية المهنية لدى العامل في المؤسسات الصناعية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة انعكاسات ثقافة المجتمع المحلي على هوية العامل داخل المؤسسة، من خلال التطرق إلى الروابط الاجتماعية والتفاعلات التي تجمع كل من العامل والهيئة المستخدمة، هذه الروابط تشتمل على مجموعة من التصّورات، القيم، طرائق التفكير، حيث تسمح بتشكيل صور ذات معاني متمثلة في بيئة العمل، التضامن، وأنساق الاتصالات السائدة داخل المؤسسة. لمعرفة الدّلالات التي تحملها علاقات العمل داخل المؤسسة انطلاقا من معرفة جو العمل، الظروف الاجتماعية والمهنية للعمل، بالإضافة إلى نوعية السّلطة، بهدف الكشف عن الطبيعة التضامنية والنزاعية للعلاقات العمل ومدى تأثرها بثقافة المجتمع. Abstract: This research paper aims to study the repercussions of the local community culture on the identity of the worker within the organization , by addressing the social ties and interactions that bring together both the worker and the user body. By forming meaningful images represented in the work environment, solidarity, and the prevailing communication patterns within the organization. This study aims to know the implications of work relations within the institution based on knowledge of the work environment, social and professional conditions of work, in addition to the quality of power, to reveal the solidarity of labor relations and how it is affected by the culture of society.
