واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مؤسسات تسويق النفط: دراسة تطبيقية في مؤسسة نفطال من وجهة نظر العاملين

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية للوقوف على واقع تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مؤسسة نفطال باعتبارها مؤسسة جزائرية تعمل في تسويق النفط. جاءت هذه الدراسة لرصد انعكاس تنفيذ المسؤولية الاجتماعية من قبل شركة نفطال من وجهة نظر عمالها، كأحد أصحاب المصلحة. وتم ذلك من خلال توزيع استمارة استبيان على عمال نفطال -مركز الزفت تقرت-. بعد إجراء مسح ميداني مستندي لمجمل برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية المسجلة لدى المؤسسة مستعينين بالمنهج الوصفي. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن ممارسات مؤسسة نفطال ضمن برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية ترتكز على مجال المنتوج بالدرجة الأولى مما يوحي بتبنيها للبعد الاقتصادي من المسؤولية الاجتماعية، دون الأبعاد الأخرى. كما تؤكد ذلك إجابات المستجوبين الذين يرون أن المؤسسة تقدم برامج هزيلة لا ترقى لتطلعاتهم في المجالات الأخرى خاصة منها: مجال الموارد البشرية والموارد الطبيعية. This research aims to identify the reality of the asoption of CSR by Naftal. It is an Algerian company, a subsidiary of SONATRACH, active in the commercializing of petroleum products and derivatives. This study tries to explore the implementation of social responsibility by Naftal from the point of view of its employees, as stakeholders. To answer the research problem, we used the descriptive method. To this end, a questionnaire was distributed to employees of the Naftal company activating in Touggort (Asphalt Center Touggourt). A literature search of Naftal social responsibility programs was also used. The study produced a set of results. In the first place, the company's interest in the context of CSR relates essentially to the product. This means that it adopts the economic dimension of social responsibility at the expense of other dimensions. This is confirmed by the responses of employees who believe that the company offers weak programs that do not meet their aspirations in other areas, in particular: the area of human resources and natural resources
