تأثير أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية على تبني مؤسسة نفطال – وحدة غرداية - للتسويق المستدام في ظل تفشي أزمة كوفيد 19

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة تأثر أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية على تبني مؤسسة نفطال – وحدة غرداية - للتسويق المستدام في ظل ازمة كوفيد 19 من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة ، حيث تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات ، حيث تم توزيع 50 استبانة على عينة من موظفي مؤسسة نفطال – وحدة غرداية ، كما تم استخدام نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية ( SEM) في معالجة وتحليل بيانات الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج Smart PLS 03 ، وقد تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان البعد البيئي والبعد الخيري للمسؤولية الاجتماعية لهما تأثير على تبني مؤسسة نفطال للتسويق المستدام ، وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها تم تقديم بعض التوصيات . الكلمات المفتاحية : مسؤولية اجتماعية – تسويق مستدام – مؤسسة نفطال تصنيف JEL: M31 ، I120 ، P28 Abstract : This study aimed to find out the impact of the dimensions of social responsibility on the adoption of the Naftal Foundation - Ghardaia Unit - for sustainable marketing in the light of the Covid 19 crisis by studying the relationship between the variables of the study, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data, where 50 questionnaires were distributed on a sample of employees of The Naftal Foundation - Ghardaya unit, and the modeling of structural equations (SEM) was used in the processing and analysis of questionnaire data using smart PLS 03, and a group of The most important results are that the environmental dimension and the charitable dimension of social responsibility have an impact on the adoption of the Naftal Foundation for sustainable marketing, and in light of the results reached some recommendations were made Keywords : Social Responsibility - Sustainable Marketing - Naftal Corporation Jel Classification Codes : M31, I120, P28
