إسهامات الإشراف التربوي في تنمية كفايات التدريس في ضوء مقاربة الكفاءات

Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة الوقوف على الدور الذي يلعبه المشرف التربوي في تطوير كفايات التدريس لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في ظل بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات التي تستلزم أداء مجموعة من الممارسات الإشرافية، و تم البحث في الدلالات الإحصائية للفروق في استجابات الأساتذة على أداة الدراسة بالنسبة لمتغيرات الأقدمية و نوع التكوين، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 106أستاذ و أستاذة بالتعليم الثانوي . و تم التوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الإشراف التربوي يساهم في تنمية كفايات التدريس لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات بمستوى متوسط، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات الأساتذة تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية و نوع التكوين. Summary The educational supervision is considered as an integral part of the educational system ,and the cornerstone of the educational learning process development ,it plays a big role in putting plans and educational policy into practice .and works on providing the right climate for all of the educational process axes to reach the objectives and aimed goals, especially the development and improvement of competencies and skills of teaching professors. This study aimed to determine the role played by the educational supervisor in the development of competencies of teaching at the secondary school teachers especially in the light of pedagogy approach competencies that require the educational supervisor to do a set of practices, with the recognition that there were statistically significant differences between professors responses due to the seniority variable and training type , and to make sure of that ,a questionnaire has been distributed to 106 secondary school professor . conclusion was reached that educational supervision contributes to the development of the competencies of teaching secondary school teachers under the competencies approach in the average level, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of teachers due to the seniority variable and the training type.
