مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين وفق مقاربة الكفاءات من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمدراء

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي وفق مقاربة الكفاءات من وجهة نظر معلمي ومديري المرحلة الابتدائية. تمثلت أداة الدراسة، التي تم بناؤها من طرف الباحثة من أجل تحديد مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين، متمثلة قي استبيان مكون من (04) مجالات: . المجال الأول: مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين في تنمية المفاهيم القاعدية لمقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات. . المجال الثاني: مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين في التحكم في وضعيات التدريس بالكفاءات. . المجال الثالث: مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين في التحكم في بيداغوجيا التقديم الخاصة بمقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات. . المجال الرابع: مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين في التقويم وأدواته في مقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات. بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة (الصدق، الثبات)، تم تطبيقها على عينة قدرت ب (353) معلما ومعلمة للغة العربية، و(62) مديرا ومديرة للمرحلة الابتدائية، موزعين على (72) مدرسة ابتدائية لمدينة المسيلة وسط، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وبرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS.V25) في تحليل النتائج، توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى جملة من النتائج التالية: 1- إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي لمعلمي مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مسيلة وفق مقاربة الكفاءات وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جمع مجالات الأداة ككل. -لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات معلمي مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية المسيلة حول مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين أدائهم التعليمي وفق مقاربة الكفاءات تبعا لمتغير الجنس. 3- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات استجابات معلمي مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مسيلة حول مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين أدائهم التعليمي وفق مقاربة الكفاءات تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية. 4- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات استجابات معلمي التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مسيلة حول مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين أدائهم التعليمي وفق مقاربة الكفاءات تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح ذوو مؤهل بكالوريا. 5- إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي لمعلمي مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مسيلة وفق مقاربة الكفاءات وجهة نظر المديرين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدا في جمع مجالات الأداة ككل 6- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات استجابات مديري التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مسيلة حول مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين وفق مقاربة الكفاءات تبعا لمتغير الجنس. 7-لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات استجابات مديري مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مسيلة حول مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين وفق مقاربة الكفاءات تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية في العمل. 8- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات استجابات مديري مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية مسيلة حول مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تحسين الأداء التعليمي للمعلمين وفق مقاربة الكفاءات تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي The aim of this study is to determine the extent to which the educational supervisor has contributed in enhancing the educational performance of primary education teachers in followingthe competency-based approach according toprimary teachers and managers point of view. The study tool, built by the researcher to determine the contribution of the educational supervisor in improving the educational performance of teachers, consists ofafour-dimensions questionnaire: - The first area: The extent to which the educational supervisor has contributed in enhancing the educational performance of teachers in developing the basic concepts of the competency-based approach. - Second area: The extent to which the educational supervisor has contributed inimproving the educational performance of teachers in controllingcompetency-basedpositions. - Third area: The extent to which the educational supervisor has contributed to the improvement of teachers' educational performance in managing presentation skillsrelated to the competency-based approach. - The fourth area: The extent to which the educational supervisor has contributed in improving the educational performance of teachers when evaluating his/her tools in the competency-based approach. After checking the psychometric characteristics of the research tool (reliability and validity ), it was applied to a sample of353 teachers of Arabic language, and 62 primary schooldirector, in 72 primary schools at M'sila City. By implementing the descriptive approach and the SPSS program the following results were achieved: 1)The educational supervisor's contribution to the improvement of the educational performance of primary school teachers is average at all dimensions of the research tool. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the grades of primary school teachers regarding the extent to which the educational supervisor contributes to the improvement of their educational performance according to the gender variable. 3) There are statistically significant differences in the extentto which primary school teachers responded to the educational supervisor contribution in improving theeducational performance according to the competency-based approach, depending on seniority variable . 4) There are statistically significant differences between the degrees in which primary education teachers respond to the extent to which the educational supervisor contributes to the improvement of their educational performance according to the competency approach, regarding the variable scientific qualification for those with a baccalaureate qualification. 5) The contribution of the educational supervisor in improving the educational performance of primary school teachers according to thecompetency-based approach scored very high at all levels. 6) There are no statistically significant differences in the responsedegrees of primary education directors regarding the gender-variable. 7) There are no statistically significant differences between the degrees in which primary school administrators responded totheeducational supervisor's contribution concerning on the senior variable.
