دور اليات الحوكمة في ادارة المخاطر في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Résumé: حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على أثر اليات الحوكمة على ادارة المخاطر في المؤسسات الاقتصادية و ذلك بالتركيز على ألية مجلس الادارة ، ألية لجنة المراجعة ، ألية التدقيق الداخلي و ألية التدقيق الخارجي و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات و تحليلها باستخدام برنامج.spss v 22 و قد توصلنا الى أنه توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين أليات الحوكمة و ادارة المخاطر عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05) ، أي أنه تزيد فعالية تطبيق ادارة المخاطر في المؤسسات الاقتصادية كلما كان تطبيق فعال لآليات الحوكمة داخل المؤسسة و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التقيد باليات الحوكمة في المؤسسة لأنه يرفع من فعالية ادارة المخاطر . Through this research paper, we tried to identify the impact of governance mechanisms on risk management in economic institutions. we focused on the following mechanism: Governing council, the audit committee, internal audit, and external audit. to achieve the objective of the study, the questionnaire was used to collect and analyse information using spss v22. We found that there is a statistically significant relationship between governance mechanisms and risk management at a significant level(α ≤ 0.05) , meaning that the effectiveness of the application of risk management in economic institutions increases whenever the effective application of governance mechanisms The study recommended the adherence to corporate governance mechanisms as it enhances the effectiveness of risk management .
