حماية الطفل اللاجئ من أشكال العنف في ظل القانون الوطني والدولي.

Résumé: إهتم المجتمع الدولي بحماية الفرد في المجتمع وفي الأسرة في إطار حقوق الإنسان وتعد حقوق الطفل هي جزء لا يتجزأ منها إذ يجب أن تضمن له المعاملة الجيدة و حمايته من كل التعديات. وقد سارت الجزائر على تكريس مبدأ التعاون بين مختلف أطراف المجتمع من الناحية القانونية والاجتماعية، لحماية الطفل من كل أشكال العنف. غير أن هذا الفرد في القانون الدولي والقانون الجزائري لا يحض بذات الاهتمام متى كان لاجئا، حيث أنه من الناحية القانونية لا يوجد تنظيم محكم بهذه الفئة، ومن الناحية الاجتماعية تختلف نظرة المجتمع معه، وتختلف أساليب التعامل ما يستوجب تبيان الإطار القانوني الذي ينظم الطفل اللاجئ لمعرفة كيفية حمايته. The international community is concerned with the protection of the individual in the community and in the family within the framework of human rights. The rights of the child are an integral part of the latter and it must ensure that they are treated well and protected from all forms of violations . Algeria has to establish the principle of cooperation between the various parts of society, in both legal and social terms, to protect children from all forms of violence. However, this individual in both international and Algerian law does not incite the same attention when he is a refugee, as legally wise there is no tight regulation for this category, and socially wise, the perception and the ways of dealing with him differs , which requires clarifying the legal framework that regulates the refugee child to know How to protect him
