حوكمة أداء العناقيد المتكونة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة Governance Of The Performance Of Clusters Made Up Of Small And Medium Enterprises

Résumé: تساهم العناقيد الصناعية في الوقوف أمام العراقيل التي تواجه قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، كما تساعد على تحسين قدرتها التنافسية، إلا أن أداء العنقود المتكون من مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة تواجهه العديد من الصعوبات نتيجة لعدم تجانس أطرافه، وهو ما يجعل من الحوكمة الأمر الحتمي لتعزيز سبل التنسيق والتعاون. نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى إبراز خصائص العناقيد المتكونة من مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة، وتسليط الضوء على دور الحوكمة و أثارها على أداء العناقيد. Industrial clusters cope with the obstacles facing the Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs sector. They also contribute in improving their competitiveness. But clusters` performance consisting of SMEs faces many difficulties due to the heterogeneity of its members. This makes the governance imperative to promote and enhance coordination and cooperation. Through this research, we aim to highlight clusters` properties consisting of SMEs and also the role of governance and its effects on the performance of the clusters.
