مدى فعالية أدوار مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي المدرسي من وجهة نظر تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فعالية أدوار مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي المدرسي من وجهة نظر تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي، وكذا التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين التكيف الاجتماعي والتكيف المدرسي لديهم. وقد تم تطبيق استبيان مكون من (33) عبارة موزعة على محورين؛ أدوار مستشاري التوجيه في تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي، وفي تحقيق التكيف المدرسي على عينة اشتملت على (130) تلميذا وتلميذة في السنة الأولى ثانوي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة في فعالية أدوار مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في التكيف الاجتماعي والتكيف المدرسي من وجهة نظر التلاميذ تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة بين التكيف الاجتماعي والتكيف المدرسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the roles of the school and vocational guidance and counseling counselor in achieving school social adjustment from the point of view of first-year secondary students, as well as to identify the relationship between social adjustment and school adjustment. A questionnaire of (33) items belong to two axes; the effectiveness of the roles of counselors in achieving social adaptation, and in achieving school adaptation. The questionnaire administered to a sample of (130) first year of secondary school. The study concluded that there were no significant differences in the effectiveness of the roles of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in social and school adaptation from the point of view of students due to gender and specialization, and there was a significant relationship between social adaptation and school adaptation among secondary first-year students.
