ضمان حقوق المستهلك الالكتروني في إطار معطياته الشخصية

Résumé: نتطرق في ورقتنا البحثية عن المشكلات التي تواجه قواعد المعطيات الشخصية للمستهلك الالكتروني خصوصاً عند إبرامه لمعاملات الكترونية، والتي تلزم المستهلك الإدلاء بمعلوماته للمورد الالكتروني وذلك من خلال الموقع الالكتروني الخاص به، فإلزامية إفضاء المستهلك بمعلوماته الشخصية تقابلها إلزامية المورد الالكتروني بالحفاظ على سرية هذه المعلومات وحمايتها، وبناء عليه سنتطرق إلى المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات، المسؤول عن المعالجة، والضمان الذي يقع على عاتق المورد الالكتروني وحقوق المستهلك الالكتروني. In our research paper about the problems that face the personal data of the electronic consumer, especially when concluding electronic transactions, which obliges the consumer to present his information to the electronic supplier through its own website.
