درجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جامعة باتنة 1 و2 نموذجا.

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على درجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية في كل ميدان من الميادين السبعة المحددة في المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، حيث أجريت الدراسة بجامعتي الحاج لخضر باتنة 01 ومصطفى بن بولعيد باتنة 02، اين تم تطبيق استبيان معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية المعد في هذه الدراسة والذي تضمن (54) بند مقسمة على سبعة ميادين، على عينة قوامها (80) أستاذ جامعي تم اختيارهم بطريقة عرضية. وأظهرت النتائج ان درجة تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة في الجامعة الجزائرية من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس جاءت ضعيفة. The study aims at identifying the degree of application of quality assurance standards at the Algerian University in each of the seven fields specified in the national reference for internal quality assurance in higher education institutions from the faculty members’ viewpoint. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we have drawn on the descriptive approach, where the study was conducted at the universities of HadjLakhdar Batna 01 and Mustapha Ben Boulaid Batna 02, the questionnaire of quality assurance standards was applied at the Algerian University prepared in this study, including (54) items divided into seven fields, on a sample consisting of (80) university professors, who have been selected casually. The results showed that the degree of application of quality assurance standards at the Algerian University from the faculty members point of view was weak
