إدارة المعرفة ودورها في تحقيق جودة التعليم ( دراسة حالة متوسطة حدوين عبد القادر بولاية تلمسان).

Résumé: تعتبر إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسات التعليم ضرورة لا غنى عنها في وقتنا الحاضر، وتبرز أهميتها في تحقيق جودة التعليم التربوي، لهذا أصبحت الدولة توليها أهمية بالغة، خاصة في ظل بيئة تعليمية تسودها المنافسة بين مؤسسات التعليم التربوية لتحقيق اعلى درجات الجودة. لقد تم التعرف من خلال هذه الدراسة على إدارة المعرفة واهميتها في تحقيق جودة التعليم في المتوسطة المختارة بتلمسان.وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان عاملي هيئة التدريس وملاءمة المناخ التعليمي كان لهما الدور الكبير في تحقيق جودة التعليم في المؤسسة التربوية. Nowadays, the knowledge management is considered as an indispensable necessity through its significance in influencing the quality of education in educational institutions, especially in the context of an educational environment dominated by competition between educational institutions to achieve the highest levels of quality. This study identifies the importance of management knowledge and its impact on improving the quality of education in the selected middle school in Tlemcen. The study concluded that the teaching staff and the appropriateness of the educational climate had a significant role in achieving the quality of education in the educational institution.
