دور إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق جودة التعليم بالمؤسسات التربوية - دراسة حالة متوسطة حدوين عبد القادر – الزوية بني بوسعيد
Résumé: الملخص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تقديم إطار فكري وتطبيقي لتطبيق مفهوم إدارة المعرفة ودوره في تحقيق جودة التعليم في مؤسسات التعليم بشكل عام، وتم تقديم خلفية نظرية للموضوع تضمنت مناقشة واستعراض المفاهيم الأساسية لإدارة المعرفة والتي شملت :التعريف بمفهوم المعرفة وأنواعها، ومفهوم إدارة المعرفة، وأهداف إدارة المعرفة، والفوائد المتحققة لمنظمات التعليم من تطبيق إدارة المعرفة .و تلا ذلك مناقشة مفهوم الجودة في الخدمات التعليمية والأبعاد المهمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسات التعليم ودورها في تحقيق جودة التعليم والخدمات التعليمية في المؤسسات التعليمية. استخدمت الباحثتان أداة الاستبيان لدراسة دور تطبيقات إدارة المعرفة على جودة الخدمات التعليمية، وتبين وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين المتغير المستقل المتمثل بإدارة المعرفة والمتغير التابع المتمثل في تحقيق جودة التعليم. Abstract: The current study aimed to provide an intellectual and applied framework for applying the concept of knowledge management and its role in Its role in achieving quality education in educational institutions in general, based on theoretical, and a theoretical background was presented to the topic that included discussion and review of the basic concepts of knowledge management which included: definition The concept of knowledge and its types, the concept of knowledge management, the goals of knowledge management, and the benefits accrued to education organizations from applying knowledge management.This was followed by a discussion of the concept of quality in educational services and the important dimensions of applying knowledge management in educational institutions and their role in ensuring the quality of education and educational services in educational institutions. The two researchers used the questionnaire tool to study the role of knowledge management applications on the quality of educational services, and showed a positive correlation between the independent variable represented by knowledge management and the dependent variable represented in Achieving quality education.
