إسهامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في تحسين الخدمة العمومية (دراسة حالة – بلدية وادي العلايق-)

Résumé: الملخص بتزايد دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصالات في صياغة الحاضر وتشكيل المستقبل ،تسعى مختلف الإدارات والمؤسسات العمومية إلى التخلص من الأساليب التقليدية المعتمدة في تقديم الخدمات، ولهذا بدأت وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية في مشروع تحسين الخدمة العمومية لمواطن و الحصول على رضاه وتلبية حاجاته و الإستماع لإشغالاته و توفير الحقوق المشروعة قانونا على أحسن وجه. بحيث هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على مدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية في بلدية وادي العلايق ولاية البليدة، وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مساهمة والإتصال في تحسين الخدمات على مستوى بلدية وادي العلايق والتسريع في معالجة الملفات والتقليل من الطوابير الأمام الشبابيك والمكاتب. Abstract: As the roleof information technology and communication is increasing by the day when it comes to shaping the present and the future , various public departments and institutions seek to exlude the traditional methods adopted in providingservices,for this reson, the Minstry of Domestic Affairs embarked on improving the public servicefor the benefit of citizens to attain their satisfaction ,meet their legal rights to the best extent possible. The information technology and communication contribute in improving the quality ofpublici services ,thisoutlinediexpediting document processing and the removal of queues in front of various booths and offices in the Oued El Alleugmunicipality in the province of Blida,
