Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع يكتسي أهمية كبيرة في العلوم الاجتماعية والسياسات العمومية في كل البلدان، خاصة في البلدان النامية، والذي يتمثل في جدل دار ولازال يدور حول مشكلة المفاضلة بين اللامساواة والنمو، كما يهدف هذا المقال إلى تقديم محاولة للبرهنة على أن المؤسسات المنصفة والديمقراطية هي الحل لمشكلة المفاضلة تلك. Abstract: This article aims to shed light on a topic of great importance in social sciences and public policies in all countries, especially in developing countries, which is represented by a debate that has been taking place and is still revolving around the problem of trade-offs between inequality and growth. This article also aims to present an attempt to demonstrate that equitable and democratic institutions are the solution to that problem.
