أثر رأس المال البشري على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية- دراسة حالة الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي بولاية البويرة Crma –

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر رأس المال البشري على الميزة التنافسية في الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي بولاية البويرة من خلال تقديم المفاهيم الأساسية حول رأس المال البشري وأهم أبعاده ثم التطرق إلى مفهوم الميزة التنافسية ومختلف أبعادها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم إستبانة لغرض جمع البيانات وتوزيعها بإستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل ثم إستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية Spss من أجل تحليل بيانات الإستبيان إعتمادا على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية وذلك بإتباع المنهج الوصفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائيىة بين أبعاد رأس المال البشري والميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. The study aimed to learn about the impact of human capital on the competitive advantage of the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation in the state of Bouira CRMA by providing basic concepts about human capital and its most important dimensions and then addressing the concept of competitive advantage and its various dimensions. In order to achieve the study's objectives a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting and distributing data using a comprehensive survey method and then using the SPSS statistical packages programme to analyze questionnaire data based on statistical methods by following the descriptive approach. The study found a statistically significant impact between the dimensions of human capital and the competitive advantage of the institution in question.
