الخدمات المالية الاسلامية من المنظور القديم الى المنظور الحديث - دراسة نظرية حول مسار تطورها للتوجه نحو الشمول المالي-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التحولات الحديثة التي طرأت على الخدمات المالية الإسلامية، حيث انتقلت من نماذجها التقليدية التي كانت تركز بشكل أساسي على أدوات بسيطة مثل المرابحة، المشاركة و المضاربة إلى نماذج حديثة تعتمد على التكنولوجيا و الابتكار. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تواجد بنوك إسلامية رقمية ومنصات التمويل الجماعي يساعد في ظهور منتجات مالية مبتكرة وتطويرها كما يوسع نطاق وصول هذه الخدمات لمختلف فئات المجتمع مما يعزز من التوجه نحو الشمول المالي الذي أصبح النقطة المحورية لهذه التحولات. This study aims to examine the modern transformations that have occurred in Islamic financial services, which have transitioned from their traditional models, primarily focusing on simple tools such as Murabaha, Musharakah, and Mudarabah, to modern models that rely on technology and innovation. The study concluded that the presence of digital Islamic banks and crowdfunding platforms contributes to the emergence and development of innovative financial products. It also expands the reach of these services to various segments of society, thereby promoting financial inclusion, which has become the focal point of these transformations
