آليات الأمم المتحدة في مجال حماية الطفولة United Nations Mechanisms For Child Protection

Résumé: سعت العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية إلى وضع آليات دولية ذات بعد عالمي تضمن الحماية العامة والخاصة للطفل ضد أي اعتداء قد يصيبه، وعلى الرغم من الآمال الكبيرة التي بعثتها الاتفاقيات الدولية وخاصة الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل لسنة 1989، إلا أن الطفولة لا زالت تتعرض للإضطهادات والمعاملة اللانسانية. فقد تبنت الأمم المتحدة آليات خاصة بحماية الطفولة تتمثل في لجنة حماية الطفولة ومنظمة اليونسيف فقد بذلتا جهودا معتبرة في حماية الطفولة. ومهما اختلف الزمان أو المكان يبقي الطفل هو الطفل ويبقي العالم هو العالم ويبقي آمل تحقيق حقوق الطفل أملا كبيرا وعالميا، ومجرد حلم تنشده الإنسانية جمعاء. Summary Many international conventions have sought to establish legal rules that guarantee the general and specific protection of the child against any aggression. Despite the high hopes raised by international conventions, especially the 1989 Convention on the Rights of the Child, childhood is still subjected to persecution and inhumane treatment. The United Nations has come up with mechanisms to protect children, including the Committee on the Protection of Children and UNICEF, which have made significant efforts to protect children. Whatever the difference of time or place, the child remains the child and keeps the world the world and keeps the hope of achieving the rights of the child great and universal hope, and just a dream sought by all humanity.
