التمكين النسوي في التشريعات الدولية والوطنية

Résumé: لقد حظيت الحقوق المدنية للمرأة باهتمام بالغ على المستويين الوطني والدولي، فعلى المستوى الوطني كرست مختلف التشريعات المتمثلة في الدساتير والنصوص القانونية الحقوق المدنية للمرأة، أما على المستوى الدولي نجد هيئة الأمم المتحدة ومختلف الهيئات الفاعلة في مجال الإنسان قد أبرمت اتفاقيات دولية تُعنى بهذه الحقوق الغير سياسية، وتتمثل على وجه الخصوص في الحق بالحياة والأمان والسلامة البدنية للمرأة، والحق في المساواة بين الجنسين دون أي تمييز، كما أولتها الحماية القانونية ضد أي انتهاك عن طريق تكريس آليات دولية لحمايتها بواسطة أجهزة هيئة الأمم المتحدة واللجان المتخصصة في حماية الحقوق المدنية للمرأة. The civil rights of women has gained great interest at the national and international levels, at the national level devoted to various legislation of constitutions and legal texts of civil rights for women, either on the international level, the United Nations and the various actors in the field of human rights bodies have signed international conventions on the rights of others, In particular, the right to life, security and physical integrity of women, the right to equality between the sexes, without any discrimination, and given legal protection against any violation by devoting the international mechanisms to protect it by organs of the United Nations body and specialized committees in the protection of civil rights for women.
