التحديات العملية لتطوير البنوك الجزائرية وفق معايير بازل
Résumé: This article aims to identify the challenges of Basel III standards application in the Algerian banks, and to find the mechanisms that allow the Algerian banks to overcome these challenges. Therefore, we have studied the reality of Basel I and Basel II implementation in the Algerian banking system to determine the extent of its readiness to implement the Basel III standards, and then we have used the questionnaire tool to identify the challenges and to find the mechanisms to develop the Algerian banks in order to implement the Basel III. We have found a set of challenges that hinder the implementation of Basel III standards by Algerian banks, as we have suggested some of mechanisms that help these banks to overcome that challenges.
