Résumé: يعتبر تكوين الأستاذ الباحث حديث التوظيف في الجامعة أمرا هاما وضرورة حتمية تفرضها التطورات والتغيرات التكنولوجية، وتأثيرها على المنظومة الجامعية، الأمر الذي جعل الجامعة الجزائرية تهتم بتكوين الأستاذ الجامعي وتطوير كفاءاته وممارساته المهنية، ومواكبة كل المستجدات الجديدة في مهنته، تلبية لاحتياجاته المهنية، وذلك وفق برنامج المرافقة البيداغوجية الذي يهدف لتطوير الممارسات المهنية للأساتذة، والسعي لتحقيق فعالية نظام التكوين الجامعي. ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف دراستنا الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة التكوين وبرنامج المرافقة البيداغوجية للأساتذة حديثي التوظيف بالجامعة الجزائرية.
