تكنولوجيا الاعلام و التصال في ظل الادارة الحديثة

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة سعت الادارة الحديثة الى تغيير نواحي كثيرة في المؤسسات منها العامل البشري، أي طريقة التعامل مع الجمهور سواء الداخلي او الجمهور الخارجي وهذا بإستقبال رد الفعل والاهتمام بأرائهم وأفكارهم ووجهات نظرهم المختلفة بالإضافة الى التسويق للمنتوج سواء المنتوج المادي او غير المادي. كما ونذكر سرعة الانتاجية والتنافسية بين المؤسسات المختلفة والتكنولوجيا، كتكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال التي اقتحمت الادارات بختلف تقنيتها واجهزتها وتهدف الدراسة الى الغوص في مفهوم الادارة الحديثة وانواع خططها واستراتيجياتها، بالاضافة الى تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال وخصائصها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الادارة ، الادارة الحديثة، تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال Management / modern administration / information and communication technology The modern administration has seeked to multiple changes in companies including the human factor. That is to say, the way public is treated either the internal or the external one which is by welcoming their ideas and points of view, as well as, caring about their way of thinking. In addition, to marketing the product either material or intangible. In this context as well, we mention the speed of productivity and competitiveness between different institutions and technology such as information and communication technology which had invaded administrations with its various technologies and devices. This study aims to delve into the concept of modern management with its plans and strategies adding to information and communication technology with its characteristics.
