الخصومة القضائية في قانون الاجراءات المدنية و الادارية
Résumé: يعالج هذا البحث موضوع الخصومة القضائية في قانون الاجراءات المدنية و الادارية بحيث تطرقنا الى مفهوم الخصومة من خلال تعريف الخصومة و تمييز الدعوى عن باقي المصطلحات القانونية المشابهة كما تطرقنا الى إلاجراءات المفتتحة للخصومة وذلك من خلال توضيح المطالبة القضائية امام الجهات القضائية سواء من حيث شكلها او محتوها او طريقة قيدها واخيرا تناولنا في هذا البحث اوراق وإجراءات التبليغ من حيث تبليغ الدعوى و عقود التبليغ الرسمي. This research deals with the subject of judicial litigation in the Civil and Administrative Procedures Law so that we discussed the concept of adversity by defining the dispute and distinguishing the case from the other similar legal terms. We also discussed the procedures for opening the dispute by clarifying the judicial claim before the judicial authorities, in terms of form or content Or method of registration and finally dealt with in this research papers and procedures of notification in terms of notification of the lawsuit and formal reporting contracts.
