Gestion Des Anti Mitotiques En Oncologie Medicale

Résumé: Vue la sensibilité; la toxicité et le coût des anticancéreux ils requièrent une stricte gestion. Dans ce travail, on a abordé la méthode de gestion des anticancéreux au service d'oncologie médicale tout au long de notre stage. Au sein duquel, on a appris le régime de la gestion et on a essayé d'apporter des modifications afin d'améliorer la prise en charge du patient et faciliter les tâches du personnel en insistant sur la nécessité de la précision d'exécution. La réalisation de ce travail se base sur des fiches contenant toutes les informations propres à la gestion de notre service, qui nous aident aussi d'une façon importante à la détection des erreurs si elles existent. Enfin, on a arrivé à créer des fiches utiles pour l'organisation de notre pharmacie du service, qu'on a additionné aux fiches préalablement utilisées. Ainsi, on a récolté les fiches essentielles pour informatiser la gestion de la pharmacie du service d'oncologie médicale. In this work, we approached the method of management of anticancer agents in the service of medical oncology throughout our training course. Within, we learnt the regime of the management and we tried to bring modifications to improve the management of the patient and facilitate the tasks of the staff by insisting on the necessity of the precision ofexecution. The realization ofthis work bases itself on index forms containing ail the information peculiar to the management of our department, which also help us in an important way in the detection of the errors if they exist. Finaily, we managed to create useful index forms for the organization ofour pharmacy of the department, which we added.
