الآليات القانونية لمكافحة الفساد على ضوء الاتفاقيات الدولية

Résumé: يعد الفساد ظاهرة إجرامية متعددة الأشكال ذات آثار سلبية على القيم الأخلاقية والحياة السياسية والنواحي الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، لهذا وضعت الدول في اعتبارها أن التصدي للفساد لايقتصر دوره على السلطات الرسمية لها فقط، وإنما يشمل أيضا الأفراد والمؤسسات الدولية التي ينبغي أن تؤدي دوراً فعالا في مجال مكافحة الفساد. الأمر الذي استوجب ضرورة إقرار العديد من الاتفاقيات لتفعيل الجهود الدولية والإقليمية الرامية لمكافحة الفساد والتصدي له لغرض تسهيل مسار التعاون الدولي في هذا المجال. :Abstract Corruption is a criminal phenomenon of multiple forms that has negative effects on moral values, political life, economic and social aspects Therefore, states have taken into consideration that tackling corruption is not limited to their official authorities only, but also includes individuals and international institutions that should play an effective role in the fight against corruption. This necessitated the need to approve many agreements to activate international and regional efforts aimed at combating corruption and addressing it in order to facilitate the course .of international cooperation in this field
