Résumé: This study aims to analyze the nature of the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment among primary school teachers in the Taibet Department. Therefore, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted because it is appropriate to present the various concepts related to organizational justice as well as organizational commitment. In addition, we used the inductive approach through a field study on the relationship Organizational justice with the organizational commitment of primary education teachers in the Taibet Department, with the aim of answering the problem of the study and disseminating the results in the end. The study population consisted of a sample of teachers of primary education in the Department of Al-Taibet, and the sample on which the study was conducted included 101 teachers. A set of statistical methods were used, such as the arithmetic mean, Pearson's coefficient regression analysis. The study came out with a set of results, the most important of whichare: - The level of organizational justice in all its dimensions among primary education teachers in the Taibet department was high, and the results showed that the level of organizational commitment among primary education teachers in the Taibet department was high; - The results also showed the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between the total organizational justice and the organizational commitment of primary education teachers in the Taibet Department.
