Résumé: تهدف ورقة البحث هذه للتفصيل في طبيعة البنية التشريعية لسلطة ضبط السمعي البصري و تسليط الضوء على دور وأهمية هذه السلطة من خلال تحليل النصوص القانونية الواردة حولها في التشريع الإعلامي الجزائري، من خلال القانون 14-04 المنظم لنشاط السمعي بصري، والذي جاء ليحدد مهام و صلاحيات و سير سلطة ضبط النشاط السمعي بصري، و تسعى هذه الدراسة القانونية الإعلامية إلى التعرف على الطبيعة القانونية لسلطة ضبط السمعي بصري، اختصاصاتها، تشكيلها، مهامها، استقلاليتها،و تحقيقها لأهداف الضبط الإعلامي، و خلصت إلى دور وأهمية سلطة الضبط السمعي البصري في تنظيم وضبط هذا المجال وترقيته وحماية حق المواطن في الإعلام و التأكيد على تقديم مضامين تحترم حرية الفكر والرأي بكل شفافية وموضوعية This research seeks to detail the nature of the legislative structure of the audiovisual control authority and to clarify the role and importance of this authority by analyzing the legal texts contained in Law 14-04 regulating audiovisual activity in Algeria, It aims to identify the legal nature of the audiovisual control authority, its competencies, formation, tasks, independence, and achievement of the objectives of media control. It concluded with the role of the audiovisual control authority in controlling and promoting this field, protecting the citizen's right to the media, and emphasizing the provision of content that respects freedom of thought and opinion in all transparency and objectivity.
