معوقات التوجيه والإرشاد في التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بولاية ورقلة
Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي یعاني منها مستشار التوجیه والإرشـاد المدرسـي والمهني فـي المیـدان،ومـدى تأثیرهـا علـى السـیر الحسـن لعملیـة التوجیـه والإرشـاد والتحقــق مــن وجــود هــذه المعوقــات قــام الباحــث باستخدام أداة ممثلة في اســتبیان مجــزئ إلــى خمســة محــاور أساسیة في ظل وجود عدد من المتغیرات وهي : الجنس – المؤهل العلمي – التخصـص –الأقدمية المهنیة ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي المقارن ، وقد أختیرت العینـة بطریقـة الحصـر الشـامل ، تتكـون العینـةمـن61مستشـارا تـم سـحبها مـن مركـز التوجیـه المدرسـي والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني لولایــة ورقلة للموسم الدراسي (2018–2019) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالیة : -لا توجــد فــروق بــین مستشــاري التوجیــه والإرشــاد المدرسي والمهني بخصــوص المعوقــات الإرشادية من وجهة نظرهم تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والأقدمية المهنية والمؤهل العلمي والتخصص . Study Summary: The study aimed to identify the obstacles faced by the guidance counselor and the school and vocational guidance in the field, and the impact on the good progress of the process of guidance and verification of the existence of these obstacles The researcher used a tool represented in a fragmented questionnaire to five main axes in the presence of a number of variables And is: Gender - Qualification - Specialization Professional Experience The study followed the descriptive comparative analysis method. The sample was selected in a comprehensive inventory method. The sample consisted of 61 advisors who were withdrawn from the school guidance and vocational guidance center for the state of Ouargla for the academic year (2018-2019) The study found the following results: - There are no differences between the guidance counselors and guidance on vocational and vocational guidance on the obstacles from their point of view due to the gender variable and professional experience and scientific qualification and specialization.
