إشكالية الوظيفة الثقافية للإذاعات المحلية الجزائرية في ضل المحتوى الثقافي البديل

Résumé: نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية لمناقشة إشكالية الوظيفة الثقافية للإذاعة المحلية ليس في طابعها الكلاسيكي وإنما في ظل التحديات التي تفرضها شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، التي غيرت من أساليب الاتصال وكرست المزيد من الفردية في الاستخدام، وبفضل طابعها العالمي واعتمادها على شبكة الانترنت، حيث ظهر ما يعرف بالمحتوى الثقافي البديل الذي استطاع بموضوعاته إلغاء الحدود المكانية الزمنية والثقافية، مما جعل الهوية والخصوصية الثقافية للمجتمعات في خطر الاندثار أمام قيم العولمة، وهذا ما يفرض على وسائل الإعلام خاصة المحلية منها على غرار الإذاعة المحلية بذل المزيد من الجهد في أداء وظائفها الثقافية من أجل الحفاظ على ثقافة المجتمع ونقل الموروث الثقافي إلى الأجيال القادمة، مما دفعنا لطرح العديد من التساؤلات أهمها: كيف تمارس الإذاعة المحلية الوظيفة الثقافية في عالم الشبكات الاجتماعية؟ وما واقع المحتوى الثقافي للإذاعة المحلية في ظل منافسة المحتوى الثقافي البديل؟ This study aiming to discuss a problem of the cultural function of the local radio in light of the challenges posed by social media, that changed the way of communication and put more individuality to its use, and because of its global nature and adoption on the internet and the concept of alternative cultural content appeared and was able to abolish spatio-temporal, temporal and cultural barriers, this made the cultural identity of societies in danger of disappearing in front of the values of globalization this is imposed on the media, especially the local ones, such as the local radio exerting more effort in performing its cultural functions in order to preserve the culture of society and transferring cultural heritage to future generations where we ask the following questions: how does local radio ewercise the cultural function in the world of social media, what is the reality of the cultural content of local radio in light of the competition of alternative cultural content?
