Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض وتحليل واقع الهوية الثقافية الجزائرية في ظل تحديات العولمة الإعلامية، المتمثلة في توافر آليات تعميم النموذج الثقافي الغربي- الأمريكي، وتوفير إمكانيات عولمة الهوية المحلية عبر فرض نسق من القيم، المتزامنة مع التدفق الكمي والنوعي المبرمج لثقافة العولمة. كما تحاول الدراسة الوقوف عند الإذاعة المحلية والدور الذي تلعبه في المحافظة على الهوية الثقافية، باعتبار أن وجودنا التاريخي والجغرافي مقترن بالوجود الثقافي، هذا الوجود الذي يحدد خصوصيتنا الثقافية ويشكل هويتنا وانتماءاتنا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإذاعة المحلية- الهوية الثقافية الجزائرية- العولمة الإعلامية- ثقافة العولمة. Abstract: This study aims at presenting and analyzing the reality of Algerian cultural identity in light of the challenges of media globalization, namely the availability of mechanisms for the generalization of the Western-American cultural model, and the possibility of globalization of local identity through the imposition of a system of values, synchronized with the quantitative and programmed flow of globalization. The study also tries to stand on the local radio and the role it plays in preserving cultural identity, since our historical and geographical presence is associated with the cultural presence, which determines our cultural specificity and constitutes our identity and our affiliations.
