Résumé: "تناولت المذكرة موضوعاثر سلاسل التوريد ودورها في التجارة الالكترونية في شركة أمازون، وكان الهدف من هذه الدراسة التعرف على ظاهرة انتشرت بسرعة في العالم، وهي التجارة الإلكترونية، وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين خصائص سلاسل التوريد والتجارة الإلكترونية، وتسليط الضوء على واقع التجارة الالكترونية في شركة امازون والأثر الذي تحدثه سلاسل التوريد على التجارة الالكترونية في الشركة. وكان من اهم نتائج الدراسة: وجود أثر إيجابي فعال بين سلسلة التوريد وتجارة الالكترونية كما تعتمد أمازون على استراتيجية التحالف و الاندماج بالكثير من الحالات حتي تتمكن من كسب شريك وتوسيع حصتها السوقية و الاستفادة من خيرات شركائها . ""Smmary: The purpose of this study is to identify a phenomenon that has spread rapidly in the world,namely electronic commerce, as well as the relationship between the characteristics of supply chains and electronic commerce, and highlighting the electronic in the company . One of the most important results of the studu: the existence of a positive effect between the supply chain and electronic commerce Amazon also debends on the strategy of the alliance and integration in many cases in order to be able to win a partner and expand market share and benefits of its partatners. "
