Résumé: This study aims to shed light on one of the most important issues of the hour on the question of "To be or not to be and who I am," any identity crisis, reflected in the standing conflict with the university director with ethnicity (Chaoui / tribal) in different university Ocean ethnically him (Arabic ), so as to take to the field of the Faculty of Humanities and social Sciences of the University of Biskra, fact ratified the existence of this phenomenon among professors (Chaouia tribes).
