الأمن اللّغوي وواقع اللّغة العربيّة بين الازدواجية اللّغوية والتعدّد اللّغوي Linguistic Security And The Reality Of The Arabic Language Between Linguistic Bilingualism And Linguistic Pluralism.

Résumé: تمثّل اللّغة أرقى وسائل التواصل والتعبير لدى الإنسان، وإحدى المكونات الأساسية لهُويّة الفرد، فما سُمّي العربُ عرباً، إلاّ لتكلّمهم اللغة العربيّة. لقد شهدت اللغة العربية تراجعا رهيبا، يُؤرّخ له من بداية عصر الانحطاط، وهي حالة طبيعيّة؛ إذا ما علمنا انحطاط متكلِّميها في جميع المجالات وشتى مناحي الحياة، بعد أنْ كانوا مركز علم ومعرفة ( أقصد العصر الذّهبي للدولة الإسلامية العربية، فاللغة كائن حيّ ينمو ويطور ويندثر بتطور أصحابها وتخلّفهم. وهكذا باتت اللغة العربية ذلك المريض- بالتعبير الأدبي- الذي ينهش جسمه الازدواج اللغوي، ويزاحمها التعدد اللغوي في عقر دارها. في ضوء ما سبق وتقدم، تصبو هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة ضبط بعض المفاهيم والمصطلحات كالازدواجية اللغوية والتعدد اللغوي والثنائية اللغوية والأمن اللغوي أولا، ثم تشخيص واقع اللغة العربية اليوم في خضم هذه المزاحمة بالوقوف على الأسباب والعوامل التاريخية التي ساهمت في تراجع استعمال اللغة العربية. The Arabic language has witnessed a terrible decline, dating back to the beginning of the era of decadence, which is a natural state. Especially if we know the decline of its speakers in all fields and various walks of life, after they were a center of knowledge (I mean the golden age of the Arab-Islamic state, for language is a living being that grows, develops, and perishes. With the development and delay of its owners, the Arabic language has become that patient - in literary expression - whose body is devoured by duplicity linguist, and its linguistic pluralism in its homeland. In light of the foregoing, this paper aspires to try to control some concepts and terms such as bilingualism, multilingualism, and linguistic security first, and then diagnose the reality of the Arabic language today in the midst of this competition, by examining the historical causes and factors that contributed to the decline in the use of the Arabic language.
