صحافة المواطن ودورها في تسيير الأزمات السياسية الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر –أنموذجا-

Résumé: ملخص: ترمي دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على بعض السلوكيات الاتصالية السياسية الجديرة بالدراسة، حيث فرضت الانتقال من واقع المجتمعات المقيد إلى فضاء افتراضي يضمن أكثر حرية وتفاعلية لمستخدميه، وشكلت ضغوطات على الدوائر السياسية التي أرغمت على تعديل وتغيير سياساتها تناسبا مع تغير آليات بناء الرأي العام وتتمثل هذه السلوكيات في ما يعرف بصحافة المواطن، الصحافة البديلة،الإعلام التشاركي، الإعلام التفاعلي أو الصحافة المدنية.... اختلفت التسميات لكن الأدوار نفسها. سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على كيفية مساهمة صحافة المواطن بمختلف وسائلها في التأثير على مسار الأزمات السياسية، من خلال محاولة إبراز دورها في صنع القرار السياسي، إضافة إلى تقديم نماذج عن دور الصحافة البديلة في تسيير الأزمات السياسية دوليا وإقليميا وصولا إلى الحراك الشعبي الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية: صحافة المواطن- الفضاء الافتراضي- الأزمات السياسية- الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر. Abstract : Our study aims to highlight some of the political and study-worthy behaviors that have forced the transition from restricted community reality to a virtual space that ensures freer and more interactive users, it put pressure on political circles that were forced to adjust and change their policy in proportion to the changing mechanisms for building public opinion.These behaviors are the so-called citizen press, alternative press, participatory media, interactive media or civic press... The labels differed, but the roles were the same. In this paper, we will try to figure out how citizen journalism contributes its various means to impact the course of political crises, by trying to highlight their role in political decision-making, as well as providing examples of the role of alternative journalism in the conduct of international and regional political crises leading to Algerian popular mobility.
