Résumé: The study aimed to identify precisely the extent of the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of workers in the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Ouargla, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and a case study was relied on through the questionnaire and its statistical treatment through the spss program, and the questionnaire was distributed to 30 employees In the Office of Real Estate Promotion and Management in the state of Ouargla. The study has reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is that the institution under study has a high performance of employees. The results also showed that there is high transformational leadership in the institution under study, as well as that there is a direct positive relationship and a statistical function between transformational leadership and the performance of employees. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05a =) among the study sample in the performance of workers according to the variable (sex, age, seniority).
