علاقة الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري بإنتاج المعرفة دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الكوابل –فرع جنرال كابل بسكرة-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على "علاقة الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري بإنتاج المعرفة" بالإعتماد على دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الكوابل –فرع جنرال كابل بسكرة-، ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف منها تم إستخدام الإستبانة كآداة لقياس المتغيرات، ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها أن الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري يعتبر من أهم الطرق التي تتبعها المؤسسات لتنمية معارف ومهارات وخبرات رأس مالها البشري وذلك من خلال إستقطاب أفضل المواهب، وتطويرهم والمحافظة عليهم، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة بين الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري وإنتاج المعرفة، وذلك من خلال وجود علاقة بين إستقطاب رأس المال البشري وإنتاج المعرفة، ووجود علاقة بين تطوير رأس المال البشري وإنتاج المعرفة، وأخيرا وجود علاقة بين المحافظة على رأس المال البشري وانتاج المعرفة. Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify « The relationship of investment in human capital with knowledge production ».By relying on the case study of the cable industry corporation General Cable Branch . Biskra. In order to achieve the goal of this questionnaire was used as a tool to measure the variables. One of the most important findings of this study, that investment in human capital is considered as one of the the important ways that corporations may follow to develop knowledge, skills and expertise of their human capital and this is through attracting the best talents, developing and maintaining them. Also, the study found that there is a relationship between the investment of human capital and knowledge production and this is through the relationship between attracting human capital and knowledge production as well as there is a relationship between developing human capital with knowledge production. And, finally there is a relationship between preserving human capital and knowledge production.
