الحراك المهني للمرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي

Résumé: ملخص: بتوجه المرأة الجزائرية نحو العمل المهني المأجور واقتحامها بقوة لعدة مجالات مهنية، على رأسها مجال الصحة أصبح لها الطموح الكبير والسعي الدائم في تقلد المناصب العليا و الارتقاء في المسار المهني والذي يمثل آلية الحراك المهني الذي يتيح لها ديناميكية التحرك في السلم الوظيفي. والذي يمثل موضوع دراستنا بمحاولة الكشف عن أشكال وآليات الحراك المهني للمرأة في هذا القطاع مع معرفة مختلف العوامل الدافعة له. اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة مع الاستعانة بأداة الاستبيان والمسح الشامل لمجتمع البحث بغية اختبار فرضيتين أساسيتين حيث أكدت نتائج الدراسة على صحتهما من خلال أنه كل من العوامل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لها علاقة وطيدة في تسيير عملية الحراك المهني للمرأة العاملة في قطاع الصحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: حراك مهني؛ عمل المرأة؛ عوامل اقتصادية؛ عوامل اجتماعية. Abstract The Algerian woman is moving towards paid professional work and breaking into several professional fields mainly health sector. She has become very ambitious and constantly seeks senior positions and advancement in the professional career, which represents the mechanism of professional mobility that allows her to move dynamically in the career ladder. This is the subject of our study which tries to uncover forms and mechanisms and various factors underling woman’s professional mobility in this sector. We relied on the descriptive and analytical approach to suit the nature of the study, and the use of questionnaire and Comprehensive survey of the research community in order to test two basic hypotheses which the results of the study confirmed. Both the economic and social factors have an effective role in the process of professional mobility of the working woman in the health sector.
