دور الذكاء الاقتصادي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية المستدامة لمنظمات الأعمال

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الذكاء الاقتصادي في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للمنظمة، ولقد توصلنا إلى أن الذكاء الاقتصادي يلعب دورا هاما في اكتساب ودعم الميزة التنافسية المستدامة ، وذلك من خلال مد المنظمة بدراسات معمقة و تقديم معلومات مفيدة و رؤية واضحة حول البيئة التنافسية التي تنشط فيها سواءا تعلق الأمر بمنتجات المنافسين أو أذواق العملاء واحتياجاتهم وغيرها من التغيرات الطارئة في البيئة المحيطة اضافة إلى حماية المعلومات المنتجة واستعمالها في عمليات التأثير. لذلك توصي الدراسة بضرورة تبني نظام الذكاء الاقتصادي في استراتيجات كل منظمة بغية الحفاظ و تعزيز ميزتها التنافسية. This study aimed to highlight the role of economic intelligence in promoting the sustainable competitive advantage of the organization, We concluded that economic intelligence plays an important role in achieving and promoting sustainable competitive advantage, by providing the organization with in-depth studies and providing useful information and a clear vision about The competitiveness in which it is active, whether it is the products of competitors or the tastes and needs of customers and other changes in the environment, in addition to the protection of the information produced and its use in impact processes. Therefore, the study recommends that the economic intelligence system should be adopted in each organization's strategies in order to maintain and enhance its competitive advantage.
