دور البنوك التجارية في خلق خدمات تنافسية -دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية Badr وكالة غرداية-
Résumé: حاولت في الدراسة على التعرف على واقع الميزة التنافسية للبنك الفلاحة التنمية الريفية بغرداية وتأثيرها على جودة الخدمات المقدمة ، ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين الأداء خدماتي من خلال تفعيل وتطبيق الاستراتيجيا ت التنافسية المثلى للميزة داخل البنك . إذا استخدمت المنهج الوصفي وتحليلي للإجابة على تساؤلات واختبار لفرضيات الدراسة استعنا في ذلك على استبيان موجه لزبائن البنك مشكل من قسمين رئيسين قسم يدرس الميزة تنافسية البنكية وقسم أخر يدرس جودة خدمات البنكية حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى : 1 -ثم قبول الفرضية الرئيسية H1 التي نصت على وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية بين ميزة تنافسية وجود الخدمات البنكية ،وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين ميزة وجودة الخدمات . 2 -ثم قبول فرضية الفرعية H1 والتي نصت على وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية وعلاقة ارتباط قوية مؤكدة في التوصيات على ضرورة الاهتمام بالجهاز البنكي وتعزيز صلابته وتحوطه في ظل منافسة ما بين البنوك العامة والخاصة وحتى مختلطة Gbried in this study to identify the reality of competitive advmtaye of the Bank of agricutuve and Rural Developmemt in Ghardia .and its impact on the quality of services provided ,and its contrfution to the updatimgperfomamce of my services is through activaytimy and implementing the optimal competitivemess of the Bank .
