Résumé: تهدف هذه الد ا رسة لإب ا رز أهمية جدول سيولة الخزينة في تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال د ا رسة حالة بمؤسسة مديرية الصيانة سوناط ا رك- بسكرة وتوصلت هذه الد ا رسة إلى أن: جدول سي ولة الخزينة الذي يعد على الأساس النقدي هو صلة وصل بين القوائم المالية الأخرى،حيث يكشف عن حقيقة التدفقات النقدية للمؤسسة لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في نشاط المؤسسة للحكم على أدائها المالي. جدول سيولة الخزينة يوفر مؤش ا رت ونسب مالية جديدة لقياس جودة السيولة والربحية والسياسات التمويلية، التي لا توف رها القوائم المالية الأخرى من اجل استخدامها في تقييم الأداء المالي. وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن مؤسسة مديرية الصيانة سوناط ا رك بسكرة سجلت نتائج ايجابية خلال الفترة المدروسة ، ما يعكس الأداء المالي الجيد للمؤسسة إضافة إلى تمتعها بالاستقلالية المالية التي تحميها من خطر الإفلاس. الكلمات المفتاحية: جدول سيولة الخزينة ، تدفقات النقدية، الأداء المالي، تقييم الأداء المالي، النسب المالية. Abstract The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of the liquidity table in the evaluation of the financial performance of the economic institution through a case study in the establishment of the Directorate of Maintenance - Sona Tarak - Biskra This study concluded that: The cash flow schedule, which on a monetary basis is a link between the other financial statements, reveals the true cash flows of the institution to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the institution's activity to judge its financial performance. The liquidity liquidity table provides new indicators and ratios to measure the quality of liquidity, profitability and financing policies, which are not available in other financial statements in order to use the financial performance assessment. Finally, we found that SUNA-TARAK-Biskra recorded positive results during the study period, which reflects the good financial performance of the institution as well as the financial independence it protects from the risk of bankruptcy
