دراسة تحليلية لمؤشرات الوساطة المالية في تعبئة الإدخار حالة الجزائر للفترة (2007 - 2017)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أهم المؤشرات التي تبين دور الوساطة المالية في تعبئة الإدخار في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2007-2017)، حيث تعد عملية تعبئة الإدخار بكل أنواعه من الوظائف الأساسية في أداء نشاط الوساطة المالية سواء على مستوى المصارف من خلال آلية جذب الودائع أو على مستوى البورصة من خلال عملية شراء الأوراق المالية، ولا يخفى أن مثل هذه الوظيفة الأساسية لها أثار إيجابية على الإقتصاد الوطني . وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن دور الوساطة المالية في تعبئة الإدخار في الجزائر ضعيف وذلك بسبب ضعف تطور عدد الشبابيك والوكالات المصرفية المتاحة للمودعين، كما أن هيمنة البنوك العمومية على السوق المصرفي أدى إلى تدني في مستوى جذب الودائع وخاصة طويلة الأجل، بالإضافة إلى قلة الوسطاء الماليين المعتمدين في بورصة الجزائر، وهذا راجع لقلة عدد الشركات المدرجة ومحدودية الأصول المتداولة. This study aims to analyze the most important indicators showing the role of financial intermediation in the mobilization of savings in Algeria during the period (2007-2017), where the process of raising savings of all kinds of functions is essential in the performance of financial intermediation activity both at the level of banks through the mechanism of attracting deposits and at the level of The stock exchange through the process of buying securities, and it is no secret that such a basic function has positive effects on the national economy. This study concluded that the role of financial intermediation in the mobilization of savings in Algeria is weak due to the weak development of the number of windows and banking agencies available to depositors, and the dominance of public banks in the banking market has led to a decline in the level of attracting deposits, especially long-term deposits, in addition to a few Financial intermediaries accredited on the Algiers Stock Exchange, due to the small number of listed . companies and the limited assets in circulation
