Résumé: ملخـص: تلعب الوساطة المالية بصفة عامة دوراً حيوياً في تمويل الإقتصاد الوطني، ذلك أنه نتيجة هذه الوساطة المالية يتم خلق سوق تمويلية، هذه السوق تجمع السوق النقدية والسوق المالية مع بعض، كون السوقين يهدفان إلى تحقيق نفس الغاية والمتمثلة في نقل الفائض المالي من المدخرين إلى أصحاب الحاجة المالية وهم المستثمرون، وذلك بإستعمال مؤسسات وسيطة قد تكون مالية مصرفية أو مالية غير مصرفية. فمن خلال هذا البحث حاولنا إسقاط هذه المفاهيم على الواقع الجزائري من خلال تبيان دور وصعوبات التمويل البنكي من جهة وكذا واقع السوق المالية في الجزائر متمثلة أساساً في بورصة الجزائر من جهة ثانية. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى ضرورة تعزيز دور النظام البنكي في تعبئة الإدخار الوطني ،إضافة إلى تنشيط بورصة الجزائر كآلية بديلة لتمويل الإقتصاد الوطني Abstract :Financial intermediation plays a vital role in financing the national economy. As a result of this financial intermediation, a financial market is created. This market combines the monetary and financial markets with one another. The two markets aim to achieve the same goal of transferring the financial surplus from savers to owners. The need is financial and they are investors, using intermediary institutions that may be bank financial or non-bank financial,It is through this research that we tried to shed these concepts on the Algerian reality by showing the role and difficulties of bank financing on the one hand and the reality of the financial market in Algeria, represented mainly on the Algerian Stock Exchange on the other hand. This study concluded that the role of the banking system in mobilizing national savings should be strengthened, in addition to activating the ASE as an alternative mechanism for financing the national economy.
