سياسة التعليم العالي وعلاقتها بالجودة الشاملة دراسة ميدانية لجامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في علاقة سياسة التعليم العالي والجودة الشاملة في جامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة،ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطوير استبيانين من قبل الباحثة لتغطية أربع محاور تتعلق ممارسات الادارة العليا ومعايير جودة الهيئة التدريس،حيث تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الاستبيانين، تلا ذلكتوزيعه على عينة البحث،والتي تم احتساب حجمها وحددت بـ (56) مستجوبا، موزعين على أساس هياكل الإدارة العليالجامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة؛ ولإجراء التحليل الإحصائي الضروري لهذه الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على النسب المئوية، المتوسطات، والانحراف المعياري، وغيرها من التقنيات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةالنسخة 21.0 (SPSS Version 21.0). وكانت نتيجة الدراسة ترتبط سياسة التعليم العالي بنظام الجودة الشاملة مما يساعد بشكل كبيرعلى تحسين نوعية مخرجات سياسة التعليم العالي في الجامعات. كما حاولنا في الدراسة الميدانية دراسة مدى ارتباط سياسة التعليم العالي بالجودة الشاملة بجامعة محمد بوضياف؛ حيث تم التوصل إلى أن الجودة الشاملة من أهم المعايير التي تبنى من خلالها سياسة التعليم المؤسسات. الكلمات المفتاحية: سياسة التعليم العالي،الجودة الشاملة، معايير جودة هيئة التدريس، جامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة. Abstract: The objective of this study is to investigate the relation between the higher education policy and the total quality of the University of Mohammed BoudiafM’sila. To study this goal,we make two questionnaires were developed by the researcher to cover four axes related to the senior management practices and the quality standards of the teaching body. The research sample, whose size was calculated and determined by 56 respondents, is distributed on the basis of the top management structures of the University of Mohammed BoudiafM’sila. To conduct the necessary statistical analysis for this study, the percentages, averages, standard deviation and other techniques were based on Using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences Program (SPSS Version 21.0). The result of the study is Higher education policy is linked to the total quality system, which greatly helps to improve the quality of the outputs of higher education policy in universities.the result f this sutdy isIn the field study, we also tried to study the extent to which the policy of higher education is linked to the overall quality of the University of Mohammed Boudiaf. It was found that the overall quality is one of the most important criteria through which the education policy this institution.
