علاقة مستويات الذكاء الوجداني بدافعية الإنجاز لدى الطلبة الجامعيين

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية، إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستويات الذكاء الوجداني والدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطالب الجامعي، حيث قسم الذكاء الوجداني إلى ثلاث مستويات (منخفض، متوسط، مرتفع). وقد تم اختيار أفراد العينة من طلبة جامعة البويرة (الجزائر)، إذ بلغ حجم العينة 99 طالبا وطالبة. وتم الاستعانة بمقياس الذكاء الانفعالي إعداد (عبد المنعم الدردير، 2002)، واختبار الدافع للإنجاز للراشدين إعداد (H.J.M.Hermans, 1970). أما المنهج المعتمد، فتمثل في المهج الوصفي؛ لأنه الأنسب لهذا النوع من الدراسات. وقد أسفرت النتائج على ما يلي: توجد علاقة عكسية ضعيفة غير دالة إحصائيا بين المستوى المنخفض من الذكاء الوجداني والدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. توجد علاقة طردية ضعيفة دالة إحصائيا بين المستوى المتوسط من الذكاء الوجداني والدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. توجد علاقة طردية قوية دالة إحصائيا بين المستوى المرتفع من الذكاء الوجداني والدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. The present study aimed to reveal the relationship between levels of emotional intelligence and achievement motivation in university students. Emotional intelligence scores were divided into 3 levels (low, average, high). The members of the sample were selected among the students of University of Bouira (Algeria) and the sample contained 99 students (male and female). The tools in this study are: the Emotional Intelligence Scale (prepared by Abdel Moneim Al-Dardir, 2002), and the Achievement Motivation Test for Adults (prepared by H.J.M. Hermans, 1970). As for the approach adopted, we chose the descriptive approach. The results led to the following: There is a weak, negative and not statistically significant relationship between the low emotional intelligence and achievement motivation among university students. There is a weak, positive and statistically significant relationship between the average level of emotional intelligence and achievement motivation among university students. There is a strong, positive, and statistically significant relationship between the high emotional intelligence and achievement motivation among university students.
