أثرُ استثمارِ أقساطِ التأمينِ التكافلي ـ عن طريق الوقف ـ في تحقيق التنمية

Résumé: إن "التأمين التكافلي" هو البديل الشرعي للتأمين التجاري الربوي، فهو يجمع في معناه بين التأمين التعاوني والتبادلي، ومقصودُه تحقيقُ التكافل بين المشتركين مثلما يحقِّقُهُ الوقفُ، إذ تُقَدِّم المؤسسةُ الوقفية الكثيرَ من الخدمات المجتمعية في مجال الصحة والتعليم والتكافل الاجتماعي، فضلاً عن دعمِ الاقتصاد وتشغيلِ الشباب، والحدِّ من البطالة. وإذا كان معلوماً أن الأوقاف تتطور في عصرنا الحالي لتشمل تطبيقاتٍ حديثةً تساير الثورةَ الرقميةَ التي شهدها العالم، ومنها:استثمارُ أقساط التأمين التكافلي عن طريق الوقف، فإن هذا البحث العلمي يهدف إلى تسليط الضوءِ على هذه الصورة المعاصرة، حيث تتمحور إشكاليتُه الرئيسة حول نماذجَ تطبيقية من هذا النوع من الاستثمار،وعلاقتها بتحقيق التنمية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملةِ نتائجَ ركّزت على أهميته في إنعاش الاقتصاد،وتوفير مناصب الشغل، وتخفيف العِبء على الخزينة العمومية. Abstract: "Takaful Insurance"is the legitimate alternative of usurious commercial insurance.it combines cooperative and reciprocal insurance in its meaning, and intended to achieve solidarity among the participants, as The endowment institutions provide many community services in the field of health,education and social solidarity,supporting the economy, and reducing unemployment. It is known that endowments are developingmodern applications that keep place in the digital revolution that the world has witnessed, including: the investment of “Takaful Insurance” premiums through the endowment, which is the contemporary picture that this scientific research comes to spotlight on, as its main problematic revolve around models of this type of investment, and its relationship to achieve economic development. the study concluded a number of results focusing on its importance in reviving the economy, providing jobs, and reducing the burden on the public treasury..
