Résumé: The objective of this study is to know the role of organizational communication in raising the efficiency of job performance in the directorate of public equipment in Ouargla, where the study was applied to a random sample estimated at55 workers, through the questionnaire as a tool for the study and based on the descriptive analytical approach. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation between organizational communication and job performance in the directorate of public equipment in Ouargla, the results also showed a significant impact oforganizational communication through the content of the message(the most influential dimension) and the results showed that there is no statistically significant differences in the respondents responses about job performance due to the demographic variables.
