تحسين الأداء الوظيفي من خلال الاتصال الداخلي في المنظمة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الاتصال الداخلي وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي في المنظمة، من خلال محاولتنا تسليط الضوء على المورد البشري كمحور رئيسي للعملية الاتصالية الداخلية، وكذا التطرق إلى دور الاتصال الداخلي في الرفع من كفاءة أداء الموارد البشرية بالمنظمة، بالإضافة إلى التعرض للاتصال باعتباره متطلبا رئيسيا لنجاح وتميز الأداء الوظيفي لأي منظمة تنشد البقاء والتطور في ظل زخمٍ تنظيمي هائل، من ذلك كان السبيل والمخرج الرئيسي لأي منظمة هو الاحتكام إلى الاتصال بصفة عامة والاتصال الداخلي بصفة خاصة باعتبار أنّه الضامن بنجاحها واستمرارها في ظل المنافسة الفائقة التصور. This Study aims to reveal the relationship between internal communication and improving the functional performance in the organization, by trying to highlight the human resource as a key focus on the internal communication process, and the role of internal communication in raising the efficiency of human resources performance, in addition to addressing communication as a key requirement for functional performance success and excellence in any organization that seeks to survive and develop with the existence of many organizations, for this the reliance was on communication in general and internal communication in particular principal mean of the organization, because it is the guarantor of its success and its continuation under intense competition
