Résumé: كانت اهتمامات المنظمة في السابق منحصرة نحو الهدف الاقتصادي الذي وجدت من أجله ألا وهو تحقيق الربح متجاهلة في الوقت نفسه مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية، لكن هذه النظرة الضيقة اتسعت لتذهب إلى أبعد من ذلك لتؤكد على أن المؤسسة تشمل مختلف الممارسات الاجتماعية التي تقوم بها اتجاه المجتمع بصفة عامة ومواردها البشرية بصفة خاصة.من هذا المنطلق، سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق لمختلف ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الموارد البشرية والتي من شأنها أن تساهم في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي مع تسليط الضوء على المركز الجهوي للتصوير الطبي بالاغواط، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام استبيان مكون من (33) فقرة موزعة على (4) محاور وقد تم استخدام أدوات التحليل الإحصائي، وذلك باستخدام حزمة البرامج الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS ) ،وتم التوصل إلى أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ) للمسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الموارد البشرية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي .
