آليات تطوير الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لتحقيق النمو المتوازن في الإقتصاد الجزائري

Résumé: أمام التحديات التي تواجهها الجزائر وضرورة تحصيل نمو قوي ومستديم يقتضي تعبئة جميع الموارد الداخلية والخارجية من أجل دعم الإنتاج وتمويل برامج تنموية، وذلك لأن أهمية رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية هي مورد هام لسد فجوة التمويل المحلي، وفي ظل التحول الإقتصادي منذ فترة التسعينات وتحرير تدفق رؤوس الأموال إلى الجزائر يأتي هذا البحث للتأكد من أهمية التمويل الخارجي للإقتصاد الجزائري، وذلك من خلال دراسة أثر تدفقات رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2007-2017، حيث يجب إتباع الدولة لإستراتيجية فعالة لبناء الإقتصاد والإستفادة من التكنولوجيا الأجنبية بالإضافة إلى جذب أنواع معينة من الإستثمارات. Abstract: Faced with the challenges faced by Algeria and the need to achieve strong and sustainable growth requires mobilizing all internal and external resources to support production and financing development programs, because the importance of foreign capital is an important resource to bridge the gap in domestic financing, and in light of the economic transformation since the nineties and liberalization of the flow of capital to Algeria This research comes to ascertain the importance of external financing to the Algerian economy, by examining the impact of foreign capital flows on the economic growth in Algeria during the period from 2007-2017, where the state should adopt an effective strategy to build the economy Of foreign technology in addition to attracting certain types of investments.
